GSP RushFit Makes You Add The Cardio and Here is My Solution to the Problem
Much has been mentioned about how with GSP RushFit workout, you have open days in the schedule on the calendar to do your own cardio. We see this sometimes two days a week. People who are used to more structure where every day is accounted for like in P90X are somewhat nervous. This stands as one of the few prevalent criticisms of George St. Pierre’s MMA inspired workout.
First, keep in mind that I have yet to hear anyone complain that their results were compromised because they had to find their own exercise for a couple days. In other words what GSP and Erik Owings provide is tough enough on it’s own that the down time isn’t all that big of a deal. Along those lines, my solution to the issue is simple: keep track of your reps and weights with great specificity. Look to increase your speed and degree of difficulty incrementally on the days you do the workout. You’ll reshape your body and get massive benefits. Even if all you do is walk or play with the kids on those off days, you are way ahead of the game.
Bottom line: if you are just showing up doing RushFit, you are going to get great results if you eat right. If you are consciously challenging yourself, you are going to hit a major home run in just 8 weeks. This is probably the same with most workouts.

Anytime you see a fitness message online that so closely aligns with your own viewpoints and experiences on getting fit, you can’t help but take notice. This week I had the honor of meeting Paul after seeing his FOrtress body weight workout program. “Priorities Shape You” is the message and when it comes to getting really fit, it is the truth. Paul is also a dedicated Christian. I am not, but I have a high degree of admiration for people like him who have that focus.
He shares some great information on how body weight work can reshape your body on his YouTube page. On a practical level, the idea that you need expensive programs or equipment is a myth that always needs some busting.

I have to admit that prior to this week I knew of the Beachbody Coach business opportunity, but I actually knew nothing about it. I had the excellent fortune of meeting Jake Buehler of Jake’s Fit Club this week and he set me straight. My Twitter Friend Chika Obih Provided This Bad Breath Remedy
Try some green tea on a regular basis. I pitched it to a relative who has chronic bad breath (she admitted it to me, I didn’t tell her she had it). She said she knew within a day or two that everything was just fresher. Most importantly she didn’t notice people avoiding getting within a fair acceptable conversation distance. The usual disclaimers apply that Chika and I don’t have the problem, but many do and normally it isn’t their fault. A little specific knowledge can go a long way.
